⏰ ARRIVAL & BUS DEPARTURE

Friday, September 11, 2026

PLEASE ARRIVE BY: 7:30 AM
BUS DEPARTS PROMPTLY: 8:00 AM

 

Please arrive no later than 7:30 AM to allow enough time for check-in, luggage loading, and boarding.

 

Our charter bus will pull out promptly at 8:00 AM, Please allow extra travel time that morning and plan accordingly.

Soror Robin Kirkland - GCAC Retreat Bus Captain

When you arrive, please check in with Soror Robin Kirkland before boarding the bus. She will make sure all registered bus riders are checked in and accounted for before we hit the road.

​

🚗 IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

If you plan to leave your vehicle at Sugarloaf Mills during the retreat, please remember that parking is at your own risk.

​

Sorors are encouraged to carpool when possible or arrange to be dropped off Friday morning and picked up upon our return.

 

Please Note: Vehicles left in the parking lot are not the responsibility or liability of the Gwinnett County Alumnae Chapter.

🍽️ OUR ROAD TRIP PIT STOP — STATESBORO!

We will make one scheduled stop in Statesboro, Georgia, for a lunch break on our way to Hilton Head.

​

This will be your opportunity to grab lunch, stretch your legs, and refresh before we continue the final leg of our journey.
