Our Commitment to Safety

As Sorors of GCAC, we uphold a tradition of excellence, preparedness, and collective care. During our weekend retreat, your safety, wellness, and peace of mind are essential to creating a meaningful and enriching experience for every participant.

Emergency Safety Plan

The Emergency Safety Plan below reflects our commitment to intentional planning, situational awareness, and the protection of everyone gathered with us. Please review the guidelines carefully so we can move throughout the weekend with confidence, unity, and purpose.

 

ERT Card Reminder

If you do not have an ERT Card, please review the attached copy of the card and instructions, then complete the steps provided. Your attentiveness strengthens our sisterhood and helps maintain a safe environment for all.

ERT Card Completion Instructions

  1. Print the card.

  2. Add your information on the card.

  3. Add any additional health information you deem important on the printed sheet. Like medications and/or chronic conditions. You can add that information anywhere on the printed sheet.

  4. Fold and put in an envelope (red or white).

  5. Write “Emergency Information” on the envelope.

  6. Put in your purse/bag.

  7. Ensure to always carry with you during the retreat event and every sorority event.

  8. Adhere to your daily health/medical routine.

  9. Smile, you did it!

  10. Enjoy yourself!
